Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) caught and handcrafted as per the best tradition. Fillets are assembled with the utmost care by specialized personnel. It has a clear and clean flavour, the pink meat, satisfies palates eaten alone but is also suitable for the preparation of tasty and quick dishes such as rice salads, stuffed tomatoes, sauces and seasonings. Excellent to introduce into a low-calorie, healthy and balanced diet, low in fat (1% compared to 20% of tuna in olive oil) as a natural source of proteins with low calorie content but high biological value.
