Grilled courgettes with tuna
Ingredients
- 2 courgettes
- 160 g Orlando tuna fillets in olive oil 300 g jar
- to taste salt
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Let’s wash and clean the courgettes and with the help of a mandolin, in order to have slices all of the same thickness, let’s obtain slices half a centimeter thick by cutting them along the length of the courgette itself.
- Heat a non-stick plate, on a medium-high heat, or on an electric grill, and proceed on cooking the courgettes.
- While the courgettes are cooking, put the oil, the crushed garlic clove and the chopped parsley in a small bowl so that it flavours.
- As we grill the courgettes, place them in a baking dish or serving dish, salt them slightly and season them with the flavored oil.
- Now add the well-drained tuna fillets, distributing them over all the courgettes and, if necessary, add a little more flavored oil.
- Let it flavor for half an hour in the fridge before serving our grilled courgettes with tuna fillets.Enjoy your meal!
